We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a prior request for return will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and if an item is defective, damaged or received in error, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
Certain types of merchandise cannot be returned, such as perishable items (e.g. food, flowers or plants), custom items (e.g. special orders or personalized items) and personal care items (e.g. beauty products) . We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on special order items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, once a return is accepted, please purchase a new item separately.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via the original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue a refund.
